Business Summary
My client is purchasing a hotel casino in a major caribbean island.
Purchase and rehab of the casino will be about $100,000,000.
Client group is investing $12.500,000 in equity and we have a commitment for a 75% LTV loan. We are looking for an investor or investment group to take the other $12,500,000 equity. Could also be sub debt with equity kicker.
Client is well verse in gaming operations but will not run day to day operations of hotel or casino.
We may consider buy out of existing purchase contract.
