A Bond Offering is available to qualified Companies. This is done by underwriting and preparing a series of Bonds (€100,000 increments) and offering these Bonds for sale through broker dealers around the world. The total cost for underwriting the request is €85,000 payable at signing of the contract. This will include a Memorandum booklet as well as the Notes which will be delivered to a Transfer Agent. Once delivered, the Transfer Agent will transfer these Notes into your account at any Securities House, of your choice, in the world. The time required to prepare the offering is approximately 30-60 days.
