Business Summary
Building a 110 million gallon Ethanol Dehydration Plant in the Caribbean. We have financing lined up but need to raise $2 million to pay for legal and other fees associated with putting the deal together.
We are offering the following for a $2 million investment:
$2.5 million in preferred stock, payable over 2 years at a 12% interest rate. This can be converted into common stock for a 7.5% equity interest in the project.
We ideally would like to find an investor that also needs to buy Ethanol. We are offering an additional 1 cent discount on the sale of up to 20,000,000 gallons per year of Ethanol, which translates to a $2,000,000 savings.
