The Company provides trenchless construction services to customers with underground utility installation and repair needs, such as pipeline, water, electric and telephone utilities and optical cable companies, utilizing horizontal directional drilling (“HDD”) and boring applications. The most common ways of installing underground utilities and pipeline is the “open trench” method, However such installation methods usually encounter sections in which the open trench method cannot be used, such as when crossing railroads and highways or when tunneling under rivers, canals, lakes and environmentally sensitive locations as well in many high density and other locations in which the landowner does not want an open trench cut through his property. Projections are bullish for 2008 as well with a projected increase in revenues to $4.5 million with an EBITDA of approximately $1.8 million. Asking price at a multiple of less than 4X EBITDA. This is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation to sell securities.
