US based international telecom routing provider, seeks to dramatically expand telecom services to the rapidly growing market in India. Phase 1 will be accomplished by initial alliance with major Indian Telecom Company that has agreed to provide a very favorable rate structure that will allow Company to provide for competitive, legal, Tier-1 US/India routes, at profitable margins. The Company is already a 214 Licensed US telecom and has multiple customers ready to switch traffic to their switch. This is an "instant" business opportunity. $250,000 is required to guarantee payment for traffic passing through switch at the International Fortune 500 telecom company in India. This payment will be covered by advanced deposits from US customers and weekly payments from major A credit accounts.
Phase 2 The Company will seek an Indian government license to terminate traffic into and out of India at even lower costs. This license has been recently made available at a commercially reasonable cost. Leveraging existing customer relationships and established business operations in the US and India, the Company expects the expanded Indian operations to be profitable from inception and more so as they are further developed. The investment would not be at risk unless or until the Indian license is issued. JV or other terms are negotiable. Management projects potential 2009 Revenues and EBITDA to be $65 million and $9.3 million respectively.
