Sovereign Star International is seeking funds to purchase a 250 room hotel and casino in the South East Asia. This hotel/casino is located on a special economic zone and enjoys special tax benefits and other incentives that make it a very attractive prospect. SSI has entered into a JV MOA agreement with a very experienced gaming group from Macao to finance and operate the electronic gaming machines.
