We currently own approximately 182 existing oil and natural gas well borings (assets) in southeast
New Mexico on more than 11,000 acres of government land. Based on more than 20 years of individual well logs and geological audits, it is estimated that we have in excess of 48 million barrels in oil reserves, and that only 3 million barrels have ever been extracted. We will continue to own and operate these assets and undertake to accelerate their productivity in 3 separate phases.
