Company "A" (aluminum smelter) produces primary and secondary alloys with complicated chemistries and sells both to the foundry industry. Company "B" (non-ferrous recycler) sells non-ferrous scrap and both primary and secondary aluminum ingot in its market area. Company "B" also has a large brokerage operation. Both companies have been in business for over 30 years and during that time have established a reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service.
