An immaculate 3,000 sq. ft. structure. The Building sits at the intersection of two major boulevards, undisturbed by other structures and with more than ample parking. The dining area is furnished with three (3) booths along the oversized windows which overlook the grand semi-wrap patio and the tree lined Roadways.
In addition, there are three (3) six-tops, (4) four tops, and twenty-one stools along two separate bars. The bars and booths are decorated with signature diamond plating and their various emblems, a theme recurrent throughout the dinning area. It is also equipped with eight (8) conveniently placed televisions visible from every spot. A pool table sits at the back end of the dining area next to a Classic design Jukebox and two (2) bar-mounted electronic game machines (all leased). The music is broadcast via their state-of-the-art sound system. The ceiling is fitted with a combination of eight (8) multi-purpose speakers, tweeter, and subwoofers which pump the tunes inside and four (4) more that blast them on the outside, all with crystal clarity.
