Auctions could be held much more often than is currently being done, which is 12 to 14 auctions per year. Products are consigned, so there is not a need for any major operating capital once business is purchased.

There is no local competition. Growth can be accomplished in many ways: by having more auctions per year; by doing internet real-time live auctions at the same time as the regular auction; more internet advertising would allow business to grow larger. This business can grow as large as the new owners want it to. Current owners limit their time in this business.
