Looking for active investor for several real estate projects in Los Angeles involving new construction of mixed use properties, rehabs, and single family home and multi-unit condo construction in underdeveloped areas.
While the real estate market in L.A. for resale properties is extremely toppy, there is a huge gap and deficit of mixed use (commercial/residential) units as well as pockets for development.
Equity will go towards acquisition and partial construction costs.
