Business Summary
The valuable, marketable assets consist of a volcanic mineral deposit, a large virgin mine deposit of approximately 1800 acres of choice, high-grade quality, mineral reserves.
Only 425 acres, or less than a fourth of these approximately 1800 acres, have been engineered and evaluated by a highly qualified and well-recognized geologist who specializes in perlite. The State of New Mexico Bureau of Mines recommended this geologist for this project. This geologist has 40 years extensive educational and professional work experience now. The geologist has no financial interest in this property.
In the Phase 1 engineering/drilling program, the geologist established that the current perlite mineral reserves, in-ground, within the 425 acres to be 67,620,000 tons, and he set a conservative value of $10.00 per ton, or an in-ground value of $676,200,000. The geologist stopped core drilling at 150 feet down based on the engineering contract. In his report, he stated, of the Phase 2 drilling program, it is conceivable for additional reserves of 100 to 200 million tons of perlite.
The buyer will receive a large list of all the major purchasers in the world of perlite ore, expanded perlite and various processed perlite. The detailed list includes voice and fax phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and contact key named persons of each business.
